IMCs are often used to improve foam chemistry flow in-mould, reduce or eliminate sub skin defects, and improve overall appearance, color, UV stability and durability of a finished product all in one simple and cost-effective step.
Manufacturers use our in-mould coatings to produce protective padding, anti-fatigue mats, automotive interior parts, heavy equipment interior components, exercise equipment padding and hydrotherapy pillow products, among other uses. Our one-step in-mould coatings are easy to use and eliminate the need for primers, topcoats and expensive multistep post-mould painting processes. Available in standard as well as customer colors.

Today’s sophisticated foam chemistry and high performance expectations often require a wide range of mould processing temperatures that no other IMC provider can supply; therefore, we offer coatings designed specifically for these starting mould temperatures.
