Moulded Flexible Polyurethane Foam – PMC (Post Mould Coating)
Plasti Dip coatings can be used on Moulded Flexible Polyurethane Foam for a variety of needs.
Manufacturers use our coatings to produce protective padding, anti-fatigue mats, automotive interior parts, heavy equipment interior components, exercise equipment padding and hydrotherapy pillow products, among other uses. Our one step in-mould coatings are easy to use and eliminate the need for primers, topcoats and expensive multistep post-mould painting processes.
Available in standard as well as customer colours. We offer several different PMC options to meet today’s sophisticated foam chemistry. High performance expectations often require a wide range of mold processing temperatures.
We aslo do specialist enhancer coats to give both enhanced feel with our "Softouch" coating and our " Satin Finish" clear coat.
Our flexible foam coatings can create a cleanable surface and provide surface protection, flexibility, and resistance to UV, abrasion and chemicals.
