DELIVERY CHARGES

 To UK MaiNLAND ADDRESS*.

*Please note – Some orders outside the UK, including remote areas and UK offshore as well as Military bases, may incur additional charges due to shipping cost.  If your order does have an additional cost, one of our team will make contact with you to ensure you are happy to proceed.

 

 

UK REMOTE AREAS & OFFSHORE (INCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND)
Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands – Orders less than £50.00 net value (excluding VAT) £  4.50  plus VAT
Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands – Orders over £50.00 net value (excluding VAT) £14.50  plus VAT
Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) – Orders of any value up to 15kg in weight £14.50  plus VAT

 

Our final shipping cut off time is 12:00 (GMT) which means your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday – Friday).

All our deliveries require a signature.  To avoid disappointment – please ensure you provide a delivery address where a signature can be obtained.  Our couriers will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel.  If for any reason the goods cannot be delivered to the address given, the goods will be returned to Plasti Dip UK Ltd and return fees may be incurred.

If you request a refund, any costs incurred on the delivery of your order will be deducted from your original purchase.  If you request re-delivery, the cost for the return and new postage will apply.

INTERNATIONAL/THE REST OF THE WORLD

For anywhere else in the world, please ask for a quotation by placing your order online and selecting your country at the ‘checkout’ page.  We will send you a quotation by email.  If you are happy with the quote, please let us know and we will dispatch your order.
If you have not selected United Kingdom during your order, you may receive an email confirming the extra charges required to send the goods to your specified country.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK Mainland only)

Our normal service is fast, but if you need a guaranteed next day delivery, place your order before 12.00 noon on Monday to Thursday, and we will despatch your order for delivery the next day.  The charge for this service is £12.00 plus VAT per box. Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 12.00 noon, where Express Delivery has been selected, will be delivered on the following Monday.  (For delivery on a Saturday please see the option shown below).

BEFORE 12.00 NOON EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK Mainland only)

If you want to be certain of delivery before 12.00 noon on an overnight delivery, we offer this service at a charge of £15.00 plus VAT.  (Please note that the same criteria as for Express delivery apply ie. order before 12.00 noon Monday to Thursday).

SATURDAY DELIVERY (UK Mainland only)

With our standard 48hr delivery option, delivery may be attempted on Saturdays, but we can also offer a guaranteed Next Day Saturday delivery service at an additional charge of £19.50 plus VAT.  Please note that orders need to be placed on a Friday before 12.00 noon to be eligible for this service.
Please note that these services (ie. Express, Before Noon, and Saturday Delivery) are only available for GB mainland addresses.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Despatch times for standard deliveries should be within 24 to 48 hours (working days) and delivery can usually be expected within 1-2 working days of despatch. (UK Mainland)
Circumstances may arise which extend this, such as public holidays or unforeseen problems due to technical or other difficulties.

PRE-DELIVERY – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

How long will I have to wait for my order to be delivered ?

At Plastidip, we aim to process and despatch your order within 24 to 48 hours on working days.  However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that can cause delays to our normal schedule, and we advise using one of our ‘Premium’ services where a guaranteed delivery date is required.

Can you give an estimated time of day for a delivery ?

Unfortunately, owing to the unpredictable circumstances that can affect courier deliveries, such as traffic delays etc, we are unable to give any indication of delivery times on any given day.  If you want to be certain of a delivery before 12:00 noon, we can offer this service at additional charge. (For more information on delivery options and charges, please refer to the heading at the extreme bottom of the Home page, under “Delivery Costs”).

Can you offer a next day delivery service ?

Our normal standard service is fast, but if you need a guaranteed next day delivery, place your order before 12:00 noon on Monday to Thursday and we will despatch your order for delivery on the next working day. (For more information on delivery charges see our “Delivery Charges” page).

Can you deliver at weekends ?

Yes! For customers who are not available to receive deliveries on weekdays, or for those last minute orders needed for the weekend, customers can pay an additional charge for delivery on a Saturday. Can Plasti Dip be delivered to a different address from the billing address ?

Unfortunately, due to the risk of credit card fraud we are unable to offer this option.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do ?

In the unfortunate event of your order being damaged in transit, where possible, please reject the delivery.  For claims to be considered, please submit photos showing damage of all external and internal packaging and goods, including the delivery address label.  Please contact us on 01730 823823 or by email, quoting your name and order number so that arrangements can be made to replace or refund the order.

COLLECTIONS – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

Can I collect my Plasti Dip Order ?

Yes! If you inform us by telephone that you would like to collect your goods, we can arrange this for you. This service requires 48 hours working days notice, to enable us to process your order ready for collection.
